Dr Gris Human Reproduction was established in 1999 to provide medical equipment and services pioneer in the field of Assisted Reproduction. Since then we have continued in a constant effort to adapt, with the expansion of facilities, refurbishment of medical technology and expansion of the workforce of professionals and support staff who currently carries out its work in the Centre.

In January 2008 the Gris Reproducción-CIRH Lab was established. Dedicated exclusively to assisted in human reproduction and gynecology.
The Unit is approved by the Ministry of Health of the Generalitat of Catalonia, and is listed at the National Register of centers of Reproduction Authorized by the Ministry of Health and Consumer Affairs.

The linchpin of our philosophy is to provide a quality of medicine, based on recent scientific advances and focusing on the kindness and humane treatment applied by the medical team and all staff who make Gris Reproducción-CIRH Lab.

Comprehensive assistance

The Centre has all the techniques that today have demonstrated a proven clinical efficacy in Assisted Reproduction, therefore, couples undergoing treatment at our hospital do not have to suffer troublesome journeys. Everything needed, can be provided on site.

Truthful information...

As preliminary information, the couple receives data about our results, honest, verifiable and based on our own statistics, which is reviewed and updated periodically.
We understand that data is of interest to the couple and that is why we seek to take extreme care, without attempting to disguise or embellish the truth.

The current results of our Centre are very good, while it might seem that almost all couples can be treated successfully, if they try, they may have a child, but that is not always the case.

There are a percentage of couples in which the current state of medical knowledge cannot solve their problem. Therefore, if we consider that the applying couple for treatment has little chance of success, far from making false hopes to conceive with promises that will not be able to be met; we'll let them know and may even discourage the initiation of treatment.

Ultimately, we cannot, as always in medicine, ensure that everybody is going to have a child through our help. But, our patients will never be mislead, or given false information or hopes.

...Transparent and detailed

Before any medical procedure, the couple gets full, detailed and understandable information for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures used in assisted reproduction.

Similarly, every step of the procedure selected as a choice for each couple, is reported in detail on the results, including potential complications and possible side effects.

Furthermore, if the couple is sent by their family doctor or gynecologist, we also provide to the doctor details of the proposed procedures to be performed and can even co-work with us, if they so wish in their follow-up. Once pregnant, the patient is always referred to her gynecologist to monitor her pregnancy and childbirth.
